Eliza DuBose, M.S.P.H.

Eliza DuBose is a volunteer with the Handy Village Institute. She is a public health educator, a 50-year resident of NC, and part-owner of a local family business. She is very enthusiastic about local economy, especially local food systems. She enjoys unifying local communities towards sustainable adaptation.
